Day 1. (Sun) Join Hotel in Barcelona
On arrival in Barcelona, after setting our Hotel in the city, we can take travel information.
Optional: Depending of the arrival flights, walking or biking tour in Barcelona or day free for your own sightseeing. Lunch and/or dinner at your own.
Day 2. (Mon) Walk in the Natural Park
At 9,30am drive 35min. to Natural Park.
Walk to Mura across the Park (2,30h walk). Lunch in a tipical restaurant.
Optional walk to Masia (1,45h).
Arrival in Masia El Prat in the afternoon. Accomodation and relax
Welcome dinner in Masia El Prat
Included meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner
Day 3. (Tue) Walk Masia El Prat - Sant Benet Monastery - Masia El Prat
Walk from Masia along the valley to Sant Benet Monastery (2,30h walk)
Visit Monastery and lunch in a restaurant. (www.monstbenet.com)
Return to Masia (2,30h walk). Optional return by car.
Relax and dinner in Masia El Prat
Included meals: breakfast,lunch and dinner
Day 4. (Wed) Walk in the Natural Park (Coll d'Estenalles - Montcau- Cova Simanya-La Mola-Coll d'Estenalles)
Drive 20min Coll d'Estenalles information center. Walk to Montcau, Cova Simanya, and the summit of La Mola Monastery (2,30h).
Lunch in La Mola.
Return to Coll d'Estenalles (2,30h walk)
Drive 10 min. to Talamanca village. Visit Talamanca.Drive 15 min to Masia El Prat.
Wine tasting and dinner in Masia.

Day 5. (Thu) Walk Rocafort-Mura-Rocafort (ring)
Walk from Masia to Mura by the south east part (2,30h. walk)
Lunch in Mura.
Return to Rocafort by the south-west part (2,30h walk)
Included meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner
Day 6. (Fri) Transfer by car to Barcelona airport / Barcelona City. End of the tour
Drive to Barcelona airport where tour ends.
(Depending of your departure flight it is possible to spend some hours in Barcelona)

The accommodation includes 1 night in a 3 stars hotel in Barcelona (day 1) and 4 nights in Masia El Prat, based in 2 adults sharing a double room with bathroom with a person of the same sex in case you are travelling alone. In the hotel in Barcelona it is possible an individual room with extra cost. In Masia El Prat it is possible an individual room with no extra cost if is an small group up to 8 people.
